Step 1:

Setup your questionnaire by creating a new template from a list of questions or select an existing sample template.

Step 2:

Edit your customized or sample template created from Step 1.

Step 3:

Print out your template and distribute it to your intended audience. Collect survey results.

Step 4:

Type out results in tab delimited form and upload the file to analyse. Report will be generated.
