As a part of a broader study into the educational use of the Web and the perception staff and students have of its effectiveness, a survey was carried out in October 1999 on how the Web was being utilised for different subjects in the Faculty. A Technical Report on the associated survey of students from 6 courses in the faculty is available.

A total of 92 forms were returned by staff. Of these 79 said they were using a Web page for one or more subjects.
